VoiceWeb America Implements Mobile Marketing Campaign for ESSO Guatemala

VoiceWeb America launched the “ESSO on the run” promotion throughout Guatemala.

VoiceWeb America empowered ESSO to engage in a dialogue with its customers via their most personal device, their mobile phone. The promotion was also designed to boost consumption of ESSO products as one had to purchase a minimum of Q.50 in order to join the promotion.

The promotion ran for 2 months from September 9, 2010, and customers had to send the number on the scratch card via SMS to 2652 from any mobile operator and immediately find out if they have won a prize!

On top of the positive brand equity created with the ESSO promotion, VoiceWeb was able to gather valuable data on ESSO customers’ profile.
